Mr. Boyce is the Chairman of Sandhill Capital, Director of Valley Community Bank, Principal in DiCarolis Marketing, Chairman of the President's Advisory Board for San Jose State University, Chairman of the Santa Clara Valley Parks Foundation, Chairman of the Valley Foundation, Director of the Montalvo Association for the Arts, Director of the Children's Shelter, Director of COMPAC of Silicon Valley and is a Financial Advisor to the Community Foundation and Spartan Foundation.
Mr. Schulhof is the inventor of the MP3 player and has been a technology innovator for 35 years. Mr. Schulhof has five U.S. Patents bearing his name and has been instrumental in the success of numerous companies in Silicon Valley. Mr. Schulhof transformed Information Highway Media Corporation into audiohighway.com, one of the leading destination web sites for downloading and streaming media in the world, and took the company public in 1998. Prior to co-founding audiohighway.com, Mr. Schulhof formed TestDrive Corporation, a pioneer in the distribution of encrypted computer software on CD-ROM and the first company to distribute a CD-ROM inside a magazine. TestDrive was later sold to R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co.
Mike Backlund is responsible for worldwide sales and new business opportunities at SpikeSource. Prior to joining SpikeSource, Backlund served as CEO of Emagia, Inc., an enterprise cash flow management software company. Before that he was senior vice president of field operations at Interwoven, Inc., a content management software company. During his 20-year career in technology, Backlund has also held senior management positions at Computer Associates and Pacific Telesis Group.
Steve has been a commercial real estate broker since 1985 and has developed extensive knowledge in Silicon Valley office leasing and sales. Steve is currently a Senior Vice President with Colliers International in San Jose.
